HAHAHEHEHOHO

Hello everybody! I guess everyone is feeling weird about trainings for this week.. cus except for Eleanor, the rest of the girls are away ( UK, OCIP, Church camp ). No offense to the girls but we got the guy's team feeling haha. Plus having the perth trip it's gonna take a while before the whole team gets together hiaz.. Oh wells. Everyone train hard! We got a lot of activities to look forward to mans. Perth trip and the team chalet, plus the exchanging of christmas gifts hohoho. Fitness test was good too, everybody improved haha. Thats about all cya all man.

If Training is not tough, it's not called training.
